LAZALE is committed to complying with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the applicable national implementing provisions, while continuously improving the accessibility of its digital services.
2. Description of the Service
Our website enables consumers to search for cosmetic and personal care products, view product information, select items, and conclude purchase contracts through an electronic ordering and payment process. The service includes, in particular, navigation, product search, filtering and sorting functions, product pages, the shopping cart, customer account, checkout process, and payment processing. The website can be used on both desktop and mobile devices.

In the development of its digital services, LAZALE follows the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Conformance Level AA. This accessibility information is reviewed regularly and updated whenever technical or legal changes occur.
